The ReConnect Circle is a monthly women’s wellbeing circle with one online circle open to women nationwide, and one in-person circle held in Cork. Through guided reflection, mindfulness, and grounding practices, the circles support stress relief, emotional balance, and deeper self-connection in a calm and supportive space.

About the Programme

What is ReConnect Circle?

ReConnect Circle is a monthlyΒ  gatheringΒ where we come together as women to:

Breathe – Simple practices to calm your nervous system and create space for clarity.

Reflect – Guided journaling and thought-provoking prompts to deepen self-awareness.

Connect – Share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space (or just listenβ€”no pressure).

Grow – Learn tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and making empowered choices.

It’s an experience, a pause, and a deep exhale in the middle of life’s chaos.

The ReConnect Circle was created from my own experience of burnout,Β  a time when I felt isolated and convinced I was β€œdoing life wrong.” I longed for a space where women could connect honestly, understand their patterns without judgment, and support one another through real change. That’s what this circle offers.

A supportive community where you can slow down, reflect, and reconnect with yourself. Simple, meaningful practices help you find clarity and calm , and you won’t move through the process alone.
