My Role

As a certified trainer, facilitator, coach, and breathwork practitioner, and a former senior leader, I bring unique insight and credibility. I’ve lived the burnout cycle and recovered, and now I coach both individuals and teams globally, from online setups to in‑person trainings.

I empower staff to:
