About the Programme
What is ReConnect Circle?
ReConnect Circle is a monthly gathering where we come together as women to:
Breathe – Simple practices to calm your nervous system and create space for clarity.
Reflect – Guided journaling and thought-provoking prompts to deepen self-awareness.
Connect – Share experiences in a safe, non-judgmental space (or just listen—no pressure).
Grow – Learn tools for managing stress, setting boundaries, and making empowered choices.
It’s an experience, a pause, and a deep exhale in the middle of life’s chaos.
Who Is This For?
You spend so much time caring for others that your own needs often come last.
You feel overwhelmed by the demands of work, family, relationships, or daily life.
You’re constantly “on the go” and struggle to find time for yourself.
You feel emotionally drained, disconnected, or unsure of what you need.
You crave meaningful conversations and genuine connection with other women.
You want practical tools to support your wellbeing and manage stress more effectively.
You’re looking for a safe, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can simply be yourself.
You don’t need to have everything figured out.
You don’t need any previous experience with mindfulness, journalling, or personal development.
You simply need a willingness to show up for yourself.
Why I Created ReConnect Women's Circle
During my own recovery from burnout, I discovered that healing wasn’t about doing more, it was about feeling seen, heard and understood.
Being surrounded by women who listened without judgement helped me regulate my nervous system, reconnect with myself and realise I wasn’t alone.
I created ReConnect Women’s Circle to offer that same experience to other women, a place to slow down, take off the mask, share honestly and remember that you don’t have to carry everything on your own.
Because healing happens in connection, community and belonging.

What to Expect
Each monthly circle includes:
- A guided mindfulness or grounding practice
- Time for reflection and journalling
- Gentle discussion and shared learning
- Practical wellbeing tools and insights
- A safe, supportive and confidential space
You are welcome to participate as much or as little as feels comfortable. There is no pressure to share, and many women find simply listening can be equally valuable.
Joining the Circle
Once you register, you’ll receive a welcome email with your Zoom link and everything you need for the session.
For the best experience, we recommend:
- Finding a quiet, comfortable space
- Having a journal and pen nearby
- Bringing a cup of tea or your favourite drink
- Giving yourself permission to switch off from distractions
This is your time to pause, reflect, and reconnect with yourself in the company of supportive women.
