Across this guided journey, you’ll explore your patterns, beliefs, and boundaries while learning practical tools to create balance and step into your power with confidence.
Here’s what the process looks like:
1. A personal intention-setting session
We begin by getting clear on what you want — more balance, stronger boundaries, deeper self-worth, or space to simply breathe again. Together, we define meaningful intentions that will guide your journey.
2. Weekly or bi-weekly 1:1 coaching sessions
Each session blends reflective coaching, breathwork, and mindset tools to help you understand your patterns, shift old beliefs, and create new ways of being that feel aligned, grounded, and empowering.
3. Exploration of boundaries, identity & emotional patterns
We gently uncover the habits and conditioning that keep you in cycles of overgiving, perfectionism, or people-pleasing — and replace them with clarity, self-trust, and healthier boundaries.
4. Breathwork & nervous system practices
You’ll learn simple, powerful breathwork and regulation techniques that help calm overwhelm, reduce stress, and support you to move through life with more ease and stability.
5. Integration between sessions
Between sessions, you’ll receive reflection prompts, gentle challenges, or grounding tools to help you integrate what you’re learning into your daily life.
6. Ongoing support throughout your journey
You’ll have access to support between sessions (email/WhatsApp), so you never feel alone as you move through the programme.
